drug suspect -- suspect. anthony anderson died in bliss custody in september. at onepoint, an officer threw anderson to the ground. his familymembers say he was kicked and an autopsy determined his death was a homicide. but today a state's attorney announced that none of those police officers will face charges. >> the autopsy told us what we already knew because we saw it, so we knew but the autopsy confirmed it but they threw all the a all that out the window and took the police word on what happened and that's not fair. >> state's attorney greg bernstein said that the investigation determined that one of the officers did cause the death but that it was not excessive. >> michael johnson the ex- boyfriend of fe lee shay a-
